We restored projects from ALM 11.52 version and Upgrading them to ALM 12.55 version.
We successfully run Verify, Repair and Upgrade. When we click to Activate projects, it pops up error stating Failed to Set Project Properties. — This is happening on many projects.

After we click OK, it seems to be fine. project is activated and we can login to it. We just need to know if something is not correct during our upgrade process

This is usually a ''Connectivity issue'' and is either on the QC Server (getting to repository consistently) or when communicating with the DB.
It may show up in SA logs.

Check communications with DB Server and repository.

It may also have something to do with the ''rights'' of the QC Service (Windows rights) or of the ''admin'' user specified to work with the back-end database.

Check Windows rights and Database rights as specified in the Install guide.

Issue was with limited windows rights of user that is specified on the ''Application Lifecycle Management'' service. Thanks
