I am getting the following error message when I changed the td user password on QC 10. when I changed the password, it asked me if I wanted to do this since it would deactivate all the projects and change the dbid files too. It did deactivate the projects but did not change the dbid files and gave the following error:
Failed to set projects properties;
Physical directory of project does not exist;

Stack Trace:
com.mercury.optane.core.CTdException: Physical directory of project does not exist
at com.mercury.td.saserver.directory.CProject.createDbId(CProject.java:1772)
at com.mercury.td.saserver.directory.CProject.createDbId(CProject.java:1680)
at com.mercury.td.saserver.api.logics.CProjectLogic.setProjectsProperties(CProjectLogic.java:434)
wrapped in com.mercury.optane.core.CTdException: Failed to set projects properties

Under the projects tab, I did check that the physical directory was correct for each project.
I did notice that a couple of the projects which have not been active for a long time, have a different physical directory location. Could this be the issue? If so, how do I correct this, so that the rest of the projects can get changed.

I quick response would be greatly appreciated as this is my production environment and this is the only maintenance window I have.

Thanks.
Thanks.

Hello yogi,

You would change the directory by REMOVING the project in site admin and then editing the Physical Directory value in the projects DBID.XML. Then Restore the project.
