Hello,
I am experiencing an issue where when trying to create a copy of a project from an existing project, that I am unable to do so. The maintenance routines have been run and the verification portion reports no errors or issue. However when we run the creation portion for the copy of the project it runs for sometime and then fails for inability to access a specified path designation. It is looking for a certain folder location that doesn’t exist on the original project path to be copied from.

Since the verification reports no issues what can we do to resolve the error we are receiving? Any help or suggestions is much appreciated

Thanks in advance,
HomerJ

Hi HomerJ,
I have seen this sort of issue before where an entity was deleted and the path didn't get cleaned up correctly. I have also seen it where something was copied and didn't get associated correctly on the new instance. In both cases, running the ''repository realignment'' (located under the maintenance menu after selecting a project in Site Admin and right clicking on that project) resolved the issues as it realigned the repository and pointers and got everything reported correctly again.

I would recommend giving that a try and see if it resolves your issue as well.

Thanks for the suggestion. We ran the repository realignment and the issue is now resolved and we were able to complete the copy of the project. Thanks for the suggestion and assistance.
