Excel AddOn does not work with QC 11?

Hello

I have 100s of test cases which need to be imported into QC. Is it really true that the Excel Addon does not work with QC 11? Who can I contact to get more detail. If the addon worked for QC 10, why has it suddenly stopped working with QC 11? I’m confused. See attached image for version.

Also, note that the Add-ons are not compatible with multiple versions of QC. If you previously had QC v10 and were using the Excel Add-in, when you upgrade to v11 you will have to download a new version of the add-in that will be compatible with v11. And you cannot have more than one version of the add-in on a system.

You are running an UNPATCHED version of ALM11. this is NOT advised.
Try applying Patch 9 (the latest).

After applying the patch, all users will need to allow IE to re-download the client files (as usual with a ptach).

Also, all client users that wish to use the Excel Add-in will need to run ''ALM Client Registration'' from the Add-in's page before the Excel Add-in will work at all (this step is NEW to ALM11 and in the Excel Add-in Install guide.) This must be done again after any future patching as well.
