Excel export of Requirements error

Trying to upload some requirements to Quality Center from Excel and get an error. *Row: 1, Could not update requirement: parent requirement wasn't found! (-3)* What is the cause of this error?

That error says it specifically, that the parent requirements (the folder) is not found. You must first create the Parent folders and path first. Create your folders first, and sub-folders, then use the now existing path in your Excel sheet as your location for exporting in your crafted requirements. With the folders in place, your export to QC should work fine. Marked as spam
