Failed to paste data in ALM

We are trying to copy test cases back and forth from our dev instance of ALM to our production instance of ALM, currently we are getting the error: Failed to Paste Data Our prod server is using ALM 12.01 Patch 0 and our Dev server is using ALM 12.01 Patch 3

Both of your ALM 12.01 servers will need to be at the same version to copy and paste between the two, I would recommend upgrading the prod server to patch 3. Marked as spam
