We have several users on older systems that are experiencing issues exporting from Excel into ALM. They are all receiving an error that says "A General Error has occurred. The required ALM files are not downloaded onto the system. To download the files go to the ALM login screen." We have done this and the users are able to login to ALM without issues so we are assuming the files have been downloaded.
What could the issue be, as we have the add-in installed and only get this error when attempting to export from Excel into ALM?
