How can I keep track of rejected license tokens in AutoPass?

We’re currently running AutoPass 9.3.4. We need metrics and details on how often and who is rejected for license tokens when at max capacity for our license server. Is there a way to do this?

You will need to install at least AutoPass 10.9.0. This version adds this functionality of being able to track rejected license tokens under AutoPass > Usage Reports > License Usage > Click Product Feature ID > Rejected tab (next to In Use and History tabs; see screenshot). Attachments:
