1. Make sure LoadRunner (and the LoadRunner License Utility) is closed. 2. Navigate to `C:ProgramDataHPLoadRunnerdata` where you will see a **LRKey.txt** file. 3. Make a BACKUP of **LRKey.txt** (copy the file to another location). Marked as spam
