1. Close Quality Center if it is open.
2. Go to the Control Panel and open ''Regional Settings and Language options'' Select the regional Options tab.
3. Choose a date format from the Short date style list. (If the regional settings for your computer have been set to a European country and you want to change to the American date format, select ''English(USA)'' from the Regional Settings list.)
4. Reopen Quality Center and check that the date format has been changed.
