1. This can be done by navigating to More->JMX->Selecting the Node you want to do the dump on.
2. In the rendered list of objects select com.sun.management. This will show the HotSpotDiagnostics, select that.
3. This then brings up two sections in the right pane, the Attributes section and the Operations Section.
4. Choose the Operations section for it to expand the operations that can be done in the mBean.
5. Select dumpHeap by clicking on the lightning action icon. This brings up the dumpHeap operation window. Input your parameters and click the ''Invoke'' button. This will then produce the heap dump file.
