Hello JT1,
You need to go into the project and then go to customization (Tools>Customize) and then enable it by selecting the sprinter option on the left side column and then enabling it in the right side elections.

Hello Dan and thanks for a Quick response
I have QC admin Role I installed HP Sprinter but every time i am trying connect it gives me an errors stating contact admin and enable Sprinter for this project

When i clicked on Tools > Customize i do not see HP Sprinter on my right hand side

What version and patch level of ALM/QC are you using? To find the patch level go to Help > About and click the Additional Info button. With Sprinter 11.5 and ALM 11.0, the ALM system had to be up to patch 14 or newer.
