How do we track rejected license requests in AutoPass?

Is there a way to track rejected license requests in AutoPass? We’re trying to determine who is getting rejected and how many times.

Yes, this is a new feature, so you must have AutoPass 10.9.0 installed: 0) Install AutoPass 10.9.0 1) Log into AutoPass. 2) Click on Usage Reports (License Usage). 3) From the License Usage page, click on the corresponding *Feature ID link* that you want to see (e.g., for UFT Enterprise Concurrent User, click the ''10594:1'' hyperlink) 4) Clicking on the Feature ID link brings you to the license by feature page where you will see the In Use, History, and Rejected tabs. 5) Click on the Rejected tab. Your records will be displayed along with the client info and relevant rejection info. Marked as spam
