How do you backup the HP-synchronizer link data?

I want to make a backup of my link data (link definition and link-data).
I know there is supposed to be an automatic backup, but I want to do it just before upgrading my QC/HP Synchronizer.

Here are the directions:

**Manually Backup of the Synchronizer Database**

You can manually backup the Synchronizer database.
To backup the Synchronizer database to a backup file:

1 Open the Windows command prompt by clicking Start > Run and typing
cmd. Click OK.

2 Navigate to the bin
directory, and run the following command line:
backup_data.bat
where is the backup file you want to create. By default,
the Synchronizer backup files are located in the backup directory on the Synchronizer server.

**Restoring the Synchronizer Database**

You can restore the Synchronizer database from an automatic backup file.
For more information on automatic database backup, see ''Automatic
Backup of the Synchronizer Database'' above.
To restore the Synchronizer database from a backup file:

1 Open the Windows command prompt by clicking Start > Run and typing
cmd. Click OK.

2 Navigate to the bin
directory, and run the following command line:
restore_data.bat
where is the backup file you want to restore. By default,
