Hello,
To enable webgate log:
1. Go to the following URL: http://:/qcbin/Apps

1. Click on the ClientLogs.exe file and save it to your desktop.
2. Open the ClientLogs.exe file.
3. Select the highlighted options(TDClient and WebGateClient) from the left menu and perform the steps 5-7 for each of them.
4. Set the log level to ALL - Log everything.
5. Set a valid path for the log files being saved.
6. Click on apply.

8. Reproduce the issue on the client.
9. Open the log files on the mentioned path.
