The short answer is no, you can't run Performance Center from a command line. Performance Center runs as a set of services and uses a web base interface for the Controllers when used within the ALM-PC systems.

If you are trying to run the ''controller'' in the ''local'' mode, on a host directly , then the command is '' wlrun.exe.'' When running the ''local'' mode there are several things to remember:

1. The test run, scenarios , scripts and results are NOT tracked or saved by ALM-PC
2. If a test run is started within the ALM-PC Controller web interface both test run will fail.
3. If ALM-PC and a local user try to use one or more of the same Load Generators both the tests
4. Some scenario options are not available; such as, change the results file locations
