Is there a way to change the order of tests in my Solution via UFT? This dictates the order my tests run, right?

No, the Solution has nothing to do with which tests are run, and in what order. Solution Explorer is simply a logical grouping in UFT to help manage your scripting. Instead, you need to use something like ALM/QC or Test Batch Runner to run multiple tests in a certain order via Test Sets. Marked as spam
