How to Promote BPT parameters

How do you add parameters to BPT once the test has been created and promote them to the test plan level?

Currently the only way to promote parameters in BPT is during adding the component to the test, you will need to remove the component from the test and re add it to see the new paramter. I tested this in ALM 11.52 and ALM 12 and it behaves the exact same way. HP knows about this issue and there is an enhancement request dealing with this currently at HP ''QCCR1J17701'' Marked as spam
