How to uninstall ALM v12 Patches

I installed v12 Patch 01.
I don’t see it in the listed in the Control Panel\\Programs\\Programs and Features\\View Installed Updates.
How do I uninstall?

Unfortunately, v12 patches cannot be uninstalled after installation.
There is a notice in the Install Guide provided with the patch that states that uninstalling a patch is not a supported feature. It also mentions to make sure to backup the project schema databases prior to install. This statement infers that restoring is the only way to revert to a prior patch level.
