HP ALM 12.01Business view excel add in error

Hello All When user is trying to login from excel addin by using alm business view addin he is getting strange error "**The SSL server certificate could not be verified.**" in hp alm 12.01 and we tried all the ways like uninstalling then reinstalling HP ALM Business views excel addin, changing excel addin settings but no result getting same erros. You can try couple of things: 1. Select the macro settings from the left hand navigation menu and ensure that Excel is set to ''Trust access to the VBA project object model'' and ''Enable all macros''. If these settings are grayed out then chances are your Excel settings are modified by a domain policy and you will need to request the changes. 2. Verify the Trust Center Add-ins setting is not blocking access to any Add-ins by un-checking any options that may be selected. 3. Install HP ALM Connectivity tool. Hope this helps. Marked as spam
