HP ALM Upload Add-in for Excel (v12.20) freezes when validating

I have HP ALM Add-in for excel (version 12.20). Not sure if this matters, but I have MS Excel 2007. I can log in to the add-in and I can complete the "mapping," but when I click to "validate" the progress bar pops up and then freezes at 0%. I then have to launch my task manager to close out of excel. I used the add-in in July without any issues.

You are correct. MS Excel 2007 is not supported for ALM 12.20. This [1]: /storage/temp/357-excel-supported-alm-1220.png Your Office version needs to be upgraded to at least Microsoft Office 2010. Marked as spam
