I cannot load terminal emulator UFT

we upgraded to patch 11.5 and still no one can load the terminal emulator. we are running rocket bluezone v6.1. error: uft terminal emualtor support is mot configured correctly. either the terminal emiulator is not installed on your computer or the hllapi.sll was not found.

Recommend doing a clean uninstall and reinstalling making sure that you are local Administrator and UAC is set to ''Never notify'' Marked as spam
