in LR 11.04 Analysis ”Summary Report” With SLA not exportable to excel?

We are seeing that if the SLA is set, export summary to excel option is missing no icon or Menu option (View>Export to Excel). Only after the SLA is deleted are we able to export the summary to excel. Could you please let me know how to over come this issue?

To export to Excel

1. Open your Result.lra file with the SLA
2. Highlight ''Summary Report''
3. Select the ''Export to Excel'' icon or from the Menu bar select ''View> Export Summary to Excel...''
4. Open save file in Excel. The Excel doc will have the SLA data included

Note:
With ''Service Level Agreement Report'' highlight the ''Export Summary to Excel...''option is not displayed. You cannot Export just the ''Service Level Agreement'' report page.
