In Performance Center

- Login to Performance Center Site Administration
- Click on Site Configuration
- Copy the contents of the COMMUNICATIONS SECURITY PASSPHRASE

In SiteScope

- Login To SiteScope as a SiteScope administrator
- Click on Preferences
- Click on General Preferences
- Expand the LW SSO Settings section
- Copy the Communications Security Passphrase from Performance Center into the Communication security passphrase field
- Click on the infrastructure Preferences
- Press ''Restart SiteScope'' ( bottom center of right window)

In Performance Center Lab Management

- Re-run you PC Health Check
