Installing and I get The archive is either in unknown format or damaged (UFT).

I just download UFT 12.51 and was trying to uncompress the file when I am getting the following error: **”The archive is either in unknown format or damaged”** I have tried to download it again and still get the same error message and support tells me there is nothing wrong with the file. Does anybody know what is wrong?

I have seen this before. Some corporate firewall will open the installer compress file while downloading and change the structure of the zip file. Recommend checking the checksum that is provide with the download per [HP document KM00204207][1]. If the checksum does not match then contact your network team with this issue.
