When a second tester tries to use the VuGen machine, She is getting this error when she tries to record a script:
"HP Virtual User Generator-VuGen was unable to close all instances of Microsoft Windows Explorer. Please close all Microsoft Internet Explorer Windows and process manually and start recording."

There are no windows open. Any ideas?

Yes, it is possible. Each tester can RDP into the VuGen machine and run VuGen to create scripts.

Note:

- Only 1 tester can run the LoadRunner Controller at a time.
- The testers should not be creating/editing scripts on the Controller or any of the Load Generators (LG) machines during the running of a load test by any of the testers.
- The machines should be at or above the highest recommended system hardware requirements to avoid performance issue on that machine.
- Best practices is to give each tester a machine with LoadRunner community edition installed for script creation and editing.
