Is it possible using REST API to create and edit project customization lists?

As the title says, is it possible using REST API to do customization updates and new entries?

Hello, Would appear that is a NO at this time. Looking at the REST API reference, only GET seems to be valid for used-Lists. The commands PUT, DELETE, and POST have N/A next to them and are not valid commands at this time. Keep in mind the REST API is still a technical preview and not a fully functional feature just yet.
