Is there a way to track all the changes to all fields in a defect?

I am wondering if there is a way to see changes made to defects in a log form. I do see the "History" tab when inside a defect, but it only appears to show changes made to one or two fields. (Assigned To)

Is there a way to change this so that I can view logs on ALL fields in our defects?

GoDawgs,

In the HP ALM 12.01 Administrator Guide, please review Chapter 17 - Customizing ALM Projects and note pages 298-300 which specify how to customize Project Entities.
Basically, all you need to do is Click the Checkbox for History for each field you want to appear in the History log.
I have attached a picture of page 298 showing where this is done but you will want to do it under the Defects entity.
