Have you started the LeanFT Runtime Engine manually on the test host? Please see [this link][1] for instructions:
You may have some sort of DCOM issue blocking it. You can set the DCOM permissions using this command:
ToolsRemote AgentLFTDcomPermissions.exe -set

Even though this article was created for older versions of VS and LeanFT, the steps are basically the same.
Also, if you are using the MsTest Framework, ALM has to be at least version 12.53 with Patch 2.
