We have 5 concurrent licenses for HP QC. We see 3 users logged in (viewing through Site Admin), but when a 4th person tries to log in, they receive an error stating no licenses are available. In Site Admin, we see we have 5 licenses loaded. Is there a hung connection that needs to be cleared? Not sure where to look. Thanks!

users can use 2 or more licenses. Licenses are consumed per user per machine. So how this works is user logs on to QC on their primary system then RDP's to lab or vm and logs in again. 2 licenses are consumed. If user logs into QC a second time on the primary machine a new session will be started but an additional license will not be consumed.
