License Server Unreachable UFT

My Automation testers are having intermittent issues attaching to our new license server to grab floating license for UFT. I’ve had Sys Admin review the machine and found no issues. I can’t seem to find any problems when remoting into the machine which would be causing this

There are couple this could be but I have seen where the license service had a dual IP address. Marked as spam
