Live Analysis option grayed out under Analysis menu

Looking to use Live Analysis for first time. Using HP ALM 12.53 Patch 1. I’m confused. HP documentation talks about a Live Analysis tab in Test Plan, Test Lab, or Business Components, but I’m not seeing that. All I’m seeing is an Analysis tab under which there are four options… Project Report, Graphs, Live Analysis, and Most Recently Used… and Live Analysis is greyed out. What am I missing here?

The reason that Live Analysis is greyed out is that no Live Analysis Graphs have been created yet. How to create Live Analysis graphs is defined in Chapter 48 of the ALM User Guide for ALM 12.53. Here are the steps involved: ![alt text][2] Once some Live Analysis Graphs have been created, the Live Analysis will no longer be greyed out.
