Locked out of UFT AutoPass! No email server and can’t reset password.

I never set up a mail server for AutoPass, so now I can’t reset my password via email. I’ve forgotten my password and can’t log in. What do I do?

Uninstall the AutoPass program from Windows Control Panel, then delete the remaining data files (e.g., C:Program FilesHPHP AutoPass License Server), then re-install and start fresh. You will set your password and need to install your licenses again. Make sure you configure a mail server this time!

Thanks, that did the trick. I'll be sure to configure AutoPass with my mail server information to avoid this in the future.
