Loss or missing data from Quality Center database

Some of our data is being loss/corrupted in the Quality Center database. We suspect the cause may be from our project being large, but we are not really sure as to what is causing the problem. Has anybody experienced this before? Does anybody know what could have caused it?

If it is the size of the project that is causing the problem, then what can the maximum size of a Quality Center project be? Any suggestions on how to resolve the problem?

HP's official answer on this is that the project's size is only limited by the storage size of the File repository and the Limitations of the Database.

I would Check the space available to the database, and the File repository, If you dont have a whole lot of space left that would explain the missing Data.
