We are trying to use the "Update" option in the Micro Focus licensing portal to update our LoadRunner v12.55 license to v12.60. Everything seems fine to where we select our assets, select Update, provide the locking information/Host ID, but when we click the final Update button, nothing seems to happen. We are kicked back to the Entitlements screen, and the Update doesn’t appear to "stick." What are we missing?

You are most likely trying to perform the Update with a licensing portal user that is not an Administrator. You either need to log into the licensing portal with a Micro Focus passport that is an Administrator for that Account, or have an Administrator change the role of the user with which you're having the issue:

1) Log into licensing portal as an Administrator.

2) Manage Access

3) Manage User Folders

4) Select Folder

5) Change desired user's Role under Operation

That was totally it. Tried the Update again using an Administrator user, and it worked! Thanks!!
