New AutoPass License Server Windows Service not appearing after upgrading to 11.5.0?

We just upgraded AutoPass License Server from 9.3.4 to 11.5.0, but now the *old* Windows Service (named “HPE AutoPass License Server”) is still showing, but the *new* service is not?? I believe they removed the branding, so we should instead have a “AutoPass License Server” service, but it is definitely not showing up in our Windows Services. Anything you can help to clear this up will be greatly appreciated!

Sometimes when upgrading to 11.x.x, the old Windows Service doesn't get cleared from the registry and still shows up, preventing the new service from appearing. To fix, remove the old service's registry key manually using regedit:
The old service ("HPE AutoPass License Server") should now be gone, and the new service {"AutoPass License Server") should appear. Marked as spam
