Object Repository Not Recognizing Objects on Webpage

UFT 12.xx OR is not recognizing objects in the application which was working previously in older UFT versions. We are testing with the Web add-in.

I think the problem is that UFT did not install correctly. Can you please login as a 'Local Administrator' and set 'User Access Control' (UAC) to never and then run a repair on UFT? Currently I have meeting with another customer during the 1st time request but will send you invitation with your second choice. Let me know if there is earlier time and I will try to move meeting.
