”overwrite memory application error” when testing AUT with QTP

I am getting "overwrite memory application error" when testing AUT with QTP. My AUT is .NET and 90 percent of 16 Gig of Ram is free when running test. My developers say it not the AUT and QTP’s memory ~= 130 Meg. Has anybody else seen this?

Have you tried to remove all but the bare minimum add ins and run the test? Some add ins will conflict with others and could cause random error messages. I would first start with not loading on start of QTP all add in except .NET. and then run test. Marked as spam
