We know ConnectAll relies on 2 services Mule and Tomcat. Is there a best practice on the order these should be started, stopped or cycled?

I'm pretty sure I know the answer is no, but is there any way to rename the "Cycle" entity to "Iteration" in ALM? Such as the entity itself and the text that refers to it. I'm sure the answer is no, but maybe you know of a workaround or something??

We are trying to assign a test set to a cycle however that option is disabled. We have checked for all the permissions in ALM all seem to be enabled. I am the admin of the system however it is even disabled for me.
