We are preparing to upgrade our database from SQL Server 2005 in preparation for our ALM v12.2 upgrade. Is there an upgrade path to SQL Server 2012?

We are getting an error in the final phase of the installation stating that there are extra columns in the site admin schema. I know how to specify an exception file for a project, but where can I do this for the site admin?

We are planning on upgrading our QC environment from QC 11.52 to v12.02 Do you suggest direct upgrade from the existing system (in-Place) or installing the software to new environment?

Is it possible to upgrade our QC10 server (with 5 projects) directly to QC12.20? We have a NEW server and Database instance for QC12.20 ready to go. Can we just migrate eh DB's and Repository over there and upgrade it?
