How do I find the local disk path to a test that I've accessed from UFT that resides in ALM? I know it's somewhere in the TD_80 folder, but there is a LOT of stuff in there, so how do I narrow it down?

We are upgrading to ALM v12.01. In prior versions, there used to be a way to select upgrade existing schema. There is an option to update a copy of the existing schema. Is there a way to upgrade the existing schema instead of a copy? Thanks in advance.
