Not able to see Automation Test script steps in QC when going to the test scripts tab.

We are having a lot of issues with QTP not picking up tests that are being run from Quality Center. Most of the machines in the host group never initiate their tests, though they work if someone manually launches them in QTP.

When a tester access UFT/QTP via qc, does that use up a concurrent license also??
