In Mobile Center 2.80, when you went to the Workspace Management screen there was a Public Workspace created for you. Now in Mobile Center 3.0, it is gone. What happened to it?

Hello. We recently upgraded our ALM server, and now of our notification emails are going out. It appears that our smtp service has either stopped or gotten hung somehow. Any assistance with this will be greatly appreciated!

It used to be that when I logged in to Mobile Center, the Administration Menu was on the far right of the options available. After I upgraded to Mobile Center 3.0, it is no longer there. Where did it go?
