I have FT licenses (GUI Only), but all I'm trying to do is run a GUI only test from ALM. It immediately complains about needing a full UFT license? This used to work with UFT 12.53. It runs fine directly from UFT. What's the deal?

Our users keep receiving this error...sometimes a reboot helps, sometimes not: A valid HP Service Test license could not be found. Not sure what's going on here.

Somehow I've lost the original license key .dat files and wanted to back them up in case I need to do a clean install later on or just have them in case of a disaster. How can I get this from Autopass?

If a user sets up an automated test to run at a certain scheduled time (ex. during lunch break or after hours) and there are no licenses available, is there any retry logic built in to try the test again a certain number of times or is it immediate failure if no license is available the first time t...
