We plan to migrating our QC Databases to a NEW database server (new name and IP). How do we get everything to stop using the OLD DB server and instead use the NEW one?

We are trying to use an excel macro to connect to ALM, when we use the Connectivity Add In on our Tools/Add ins page for ALM it gives us the incorrect version and we get the error that OTA version is not compatible.....

Both endpoints on synchronizer time out when trying to connect. We are unable to get the synchronizer to connect to ALM, Jira, TFS or any other endpoint from the synchronizer server. What could be causing this?
