Ok so we deleted a Test Lab folder - i know its gone, we did a SQL backup and now have it back, but the attachments were wiped out - How can I get these back?

Hello. Having an issue viewing attachments in ALM in the defects module. We are getting an error message on more than one client machine. Error message is "External component has thrown an exception" I tried to see about an attachment to the test module and similar result, same message.
