We are having a lot of issues with QTP not picking up tests that are being run from Quality Center. Most of the machines in the host group never initiate their tests, though they work if someone manually launches them in QTP.

Normal procedure to close and exit QTP is followed. Help is closed, Object Repository is closed, associated libraries are closed, no other dialogs or windows of any applications are open yet the application thinks something with the object repository is still open.
