We have run into a bind where all of our license keys for UFT are used up by users. We have some Functional Testing licenses that we'd like to use, but when we start UFT we get the error message and we can't get to the change license section. Is there any way to fix this>

We were just trying to install the QC software to the new server and want to use our existing license key. We are getting an "invalid license file" error. Do we need different key for this version? Please advise.

We are wondering whether an upgrade (QC11->11.52) would allow entity sharing across projects. We can't seem to get this to work currently.

During the Server Configuration Wizard for the first time install of QC/ALM 11.5x, I tried pointing to my current v11.0 license file (with *.license extension), but it doesn't seem to recognize it?

One of our users was going to check out a QTP commuter license, but accidentally checked out a remote commuter license instead. I'm not really sure what the difference is, but we can't get it to check back in. Anyone know how to do it?
