WE have a NEW DB server and QC server and plan to upgrade QC11 to 12.2 on the new servers. We want to migrate our old ALM server data to the new server. What are the db and repository that I need to migrate over? I currently have moved project back ups over to the new server.

We are upgrading to QC/ALM12.21 or 12.5 soon (still have not decided which) and have many old, unused projects. What is the best way to either off-load these from our server or "archive" them in such a way that we could load them up in case we need to look at some legacy information?

We have our ALM/QC running with Oracle. What is the best/recommended way to backup our Oracle Project Schemas? Our DBAs want to use something called "Data Pump", is that OK?

I am preparing to do an upgrade from ALM11 to 11.52. In ALM11, all of my projects are working fine, but I wanted to do a "repair" first to make sure to fix any issues they have. Soon after starting the repair, it fails saying my project is now "corrupt". What can I do now?

I want to make a backup of my link data (link definition and link-data). I know there is supposed to be an automatic backup, but I want to do it just before upgrading my QC/HP Synchronizer.

One of our users has accidently deleted one of their Excel reports. Is there a way to recover the SQL Query and Post Processing scripts from a database backup?
