We know ConnectAll relies on 2 services Mule and Tomcat. Is there a best practice on the order these should be started, stopped or cycled?

I see how to do value-mapping (for Status fields not matching between my two endpoints in connectAll, for instance). but we have a map I need to do with two fields that have many values, can I do this from a list maintained in Excel?

Hello, We are using ConnectAll to sync defects/issues between QC and JIRA. Is there a best practice for getting the record ID for the other tool to show up? Like seeing the JIRA Id for the corresponding issue in QC's defect?

Hi, We have ConnectAll app links to Jira Cloud and they suddenly stopped working a day ago. They were working just fine up to this point with no recent changes from our side. What could cause this?
